We are based in Reading Berkshire but our service is nation-wide with our supplier base covering the whole of the UK. When you call us you will speak to real humans. We use tech systems to support our experienced staff, but it does not take over the running of our business. We don't use automated phone systems or online chatbots that send you round in circles. Just call us or submit an online enquiry and our experienced staff will personally handle your problem and liase with you by phone and/or email, whichever you prefer, to help you compare solutions. Long before COVID we embraced home-working with sophisticated remote working systems that are nowadays much more commonplace. Please however accept our apologies if on occasions you hear the odd dog barking in the background.
